Mode of action

The action of the Winds of Hope Foundation aims at teaching and training health personnel in successive stages starting at the ministerial level, then through regional and sub-regional levels, down to the local level, to ensure that each village has a trained Health care worker or traditional practitioner who can prevent, detect and administer appropriate primary care for Noma.
